About us

How Forever Evolving came to be:

Hi everyone, My name is Shanise and welcome to my family! Forever Evolving was created to become the physical embodiment of my personal, fitness and entrepreneurial journey and sharing it with the world. Through self love and discovery, it’s become a goal of mine to motivate others to reach their fullest potential. The major focus of Forever Evolving is just that, to always change into a more complex version of our previous form.

I do believe our greatest gift is to be able to wake up everyday and make a difference and become 1% better than we were yesterday. On this journey there will be ups and downs, however that’s what makes our journey unique and beautiful; and end result will always be worth it!
